Unfortunately, the major tea houses in Japan are no longer taking on new wholesalers. I started Whiskee because I wanted to share my love for matcha with everyone in Australia — as I know that stock isn’t always easy to order on official website.

I work with a trusted contact in Japan who visits retail stores to hand-pick each product, which is then sourced and shipped directly here. I only add a small amount of profit to cover sourcing and shipping costs, because my goal is to make authentic matcha more accessible. Every item is genuine, and receipts of purchase from Japan can be provided upon request.
